If you get locked out of your account, kindly verify that you are not logged into the same account from a different platform as this can cause issues with authentication. Also, when the linked brokerage platform is going through any scheduled maintenance, there can be logging issues on Pilot live account.
If a pop-up appears to ask you to wait for 15 minutes while you are not active on any platform, kindly log back within 15 minutes. If the issue still persists, unlink the account from the Pilot application and log back in.
