Can't connect to my brokerage account

If you are receiving an error message when attempting to link your account to Pilot please ensure that the following points have been satisfied:

  1. Your account is open and fully approved by your broker
  2. Your account is funded based on the required minimum (if applicable) imposed by your broker

To check that these 2 items are indeed satisfied, please log in to your broker’s online portal and verify this information.  If you have confirmed this information but you are still encountering problems, please reach out to our customer support team here and they will be happy to help.
